Dein Profil
- Tienes un título en Medicina Veterinaria de una universidad reconocida
- Cuentas con 4-5 años de experiencia en clínica de pequeños animales y solidez diagnóstica
- Dominas cirugias estándar y procedimientos de tejidos blandos con seguridad
- Se valora la especialización en áreas como cardiología, cirugía de tejidos blandos u osteosíntesis
- Posees una actitud "hands on" y un trato empático con el equipo y los clientes
- Tienes disposicion para realizar turnos rotativos, siempre bajo una regulación justa de tu tiempo
- Tienes un certificado de nivel B2 en alemán o estás cerca de obtenerlo (https://www.alte.org/Our-Full-Members).

For us, this means continuously improving the working conditions for veterinarians and veterinary technicians. For example, we ensure family-friendly working hours, modern practice equipment, innovative technologies, and we invest in an internal training and development academy. These investments strengthen our practice teams and enhance the experience for animals and clients sustainably.

As a network, we are able to tackle many of the industry's challenges, such as staff shortages, high workload, and outdated practices, and ensure sustainable animal health.
We are already active in many regions, where we maintain and create veterinary care structures. Since our founding in 2019, Tierarzt Plus Partner has established itself as a cross-regional network for veterinary practices.
Our Berlin central team supports local practice teams in the areas of practice management, marketing, personnel, digitalization, and finance. Whether at the headquarters or on-site in the practice, we share our vision: “Healthy veterinary medicine, lived in partnership.”
