Deine Aufgaben
An unserer Rezeption bist du die erste wichtige Anlaufstelle für unsere Patienten und ihre Besitzer:innen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Herzlicher Empfang: Du begrüßt Mensch und Tier und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Organisationstalent: Du koordinierst Termine telefonisch sowie vor Ort und managst die Patientendokumentation
Dein Profil
- Quereinsteiger:innen willkommen: Du kommst z.B. aus der Hotellerie, dem Einzelhandel oder dem Service und liebst Kundenkontakt
- Flexibilität: Du möchtest 25 Wochenstunden arbeiten und bist bereit, uns variabel zu unterstützen - Vormittags- und Nachmittagsschichten sowie Einsätze am Wochenende und im Notdienst

Über den Standort
Unsere Praxis liegt verkehrsmäßig gut angebunden in einer ruhigen Einfamilienhaussiedlung im Bezirk Marzahn-Hellersdorf. Die Praxis selbst liegt in einem Doppelhaus, auf zwei Ebenen verteilt. Wir sind ein familiäres Praxisteam mit viel Herz und Leidenschaft für die Behandlung unserer tierischen Patienten. Wir geben jeden Tag unser Bestes. Hier ist jeder motiviert und engagiert und wir arbeiten Hand in Hand. Niemand wird ins kalte Wasser geschmissen. Wir profitieren von einer modernen Ausstattung, sind offen für Ideen und bei uns kann jeder einen Teil zur gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung beitragen.

Our Berlin central team supports local practice teams in the areas of practice management, marketing, personnel, digitalization, and finance. Whether at the headquarters or on-site in the practice, we share our vision: “Healthy veterinary medicine, lived in partnership.”
