Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Weichteil- und ggf. orthopädischen Standard- und Spezialoperationen
- Weiterentwicklung unseres chirurgischen Angebots: Du bringst deine Schwerpunkte ein, etablierst neue Verfahren und setzt Qualitätsstandards
- Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe - Empathische Aufklärung, sichere OP-Beratung und Begleitung auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
- Perspektive zur Praxisleitung:
- Sukzessive Übernahme fachlicher und organisatorischer Leitungsaufgaben
- Mitgestaltung von Prozessen, Teamkultur und medizinischer Ausrichtung
Dein Profil
- Approbation als Tierärzt:in (m/w/d) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kleintierchirurgie
- Freude an moderner Medizin und Technik sowie die Bereitschaft dich fachlich kontinuierlich fortzubilden
- Führungs- und Gestaltungswille: Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, Teams entwickeln und perspektivisch unsere Praxis leiten
- Teamgeist, Respekt und Empathie im Umgang mit Tieren, Halter:innen und unserem Team
