Einleitung
Wir wachsen – und unser Finanzbereich wächst mit. Als Financial Business Partner (w/m/d) bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Finance und unseren Tierarztpraxen. Du agierst als strategischer Berater für Regionalmanager und Standortleitungen und übersetzt Finanzdaten in konkrete Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung von Qualität und nachhaltigem Wachstum.
Deine Aufgaben
- Planung & Steuerung: Weiterentwicklung von Budgetierung und Forecasting in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Operations und HR
- Investitionen: Begleitung von Investitionsprojekten (z. B. Geräte, Expansionen) inkl. Aufbau eines strukturierten Investitionscontrollings
- Performance Management: Analyse von P&L und KPIs sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen für das Regionalmanagement
- Medizincontrolling: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations zur wirtschaftlichen Steuerung und Ableitung relevanter Erkenntnisse
- Netzwerkausbau: Unterstützung bei Analyse, Due Diligence und Integration neuer Partnerpraxen
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung: Erste relevante Erfahrung (ca. 1+ Jahr) im Financial-/Investitionscontrolling, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in Unternehmensbewertung
- Know-how: Sicher im Umgang mit Jahresabschlüssen, BWAs und betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
- Hintergrund: Studium im Finanzbereich oder kaufmännische Ausbildung – entscheidend ist deine Praxiserfahrung
- Arbeitsweise: Analytisch, lösungsorientiert und beratungsstark mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
- Tools: Erste Erfahrung mit Google Workspace und BI-Tools von Vorteil
- Sonstiges: Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (1–2 Tage/Woche projektbezogen) sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
