- Aufbau einer bundesweiten IT-Infrastruktur für über 110 Praxen und rund 2.000 Mitarbeitende.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines zukunftsfähigen Vor-Ort-Betreuungsmodells.
- Weiterentwicklung der Identitätsstrategie inklusive Intune-/Autopilot-Migration, BYOD-Konzept und E-Mail-Konsolidierung.
- Konzeption der Hardware- und Support-Infrastruktur sowie Verantwortung für die IT-seitige Begleitung der Provet-Cloud-Migration.
- Definition technischer Standards für Netzwerk, Identity, Software und Backup sowie Sicherstellung von Compliance und IT-Sicherheit.
- Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister und Aufbau eines strukturierten Partnernetzwerks.

Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, Systemintegration oder IT-Betrieb
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Netzwerken, Identity Management, Endpoint Management und Cloud
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Google Workspace und Intune / Autopilot
- Kenntnisse in Linux-Administration und Self-hosted Open-Source-Betrieb
- Erfahrung mit IT-Monitoring und IT-Sicherheit
- Primär Manager:in – du steuerst und entscheidest, packst operativ an wo es zählt
- Technisch versiert genug für Glaubwürdigkeit im Team und gute Architektur-Entscheidungen
- Strukturiert, pragmatisch, hohe Umsetzungsstärke
